Oak Creek Apartments

50/50 From: miss_pretty Date posted: 5/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   These apartments are spacious and have cute faux wood floors. But, the exterior shows the real story. The apartments are old and look it. The railings are old and rusty, repairs to the woodwork have not been painted in months, stairs are broken and it's just really crumbling for the price they are asking. If there were a concerted effort to revamp the apartments, I'd probably stay here. They are centrally located, fairly quiet and the interiors are not bad. Maintenence is fast, but the staff changes regularly. So, you never really know who has a key to your apartment. I've recommended it to people looking for a cheap pad. Their efficiencies are cute and gas cooking is a bonus. There are also some shady apartments down the street, which has resulted in MANY car break-ins over the years since I've been here.
