I just moved from here not too long ago. The primary reason was because they did not keep up with maintenance very well. The rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Crime was, of course, more than anyone would want, but I have seen worse. I don't recommend it but if you are looking for cheap it will do.

I know this person. She move out without notice. She was paying $ 25.00 per month and drove a lexus. You tell me where the crime starts. Visit the property and ask to see a vacant unit and then make your decision. All bills paid, a fexible rent .
