I lived here breifly for 6 months about a year ago. I really loved it. The management was nice, and always available to come and fix things if they needed to be fixed. The only issue I had was the AC went out for about 1 month during summer and no matter how many times they came, it would keep breaking. It's a pretty old complex, so I assume that was the reason. There never seemed to be crime issues and there was always plenty of parking. Not to mention the apt's are HUGE!! Just be careful if you live on the 1st street side.. there's an ambulance station across the street and they are constantly moving. If you don't mind the sirens at all hours, then it's definitely the place for you!
