This is an older, small complex of less than 200 units, broken up into several different sized buildings. My building is small and the back of my apartment faces alot of trees. If you like a lot of trees and wildlife, this is a good place to be. The laundry room is awful though. It's dirty, the dryers rarely dry all the clothes in one cycle, the washers aren't very reliable, and there's not a bill changer. I usually do my laundry elsewhere. My dishwasher has been replaced twice in 5 years, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom has been replaced once. The pool is small and kept in relatively good condition. I've had very, very few problems with noisy neighbors or crime. All in all, it has been one of my favorite apartments ever. It's cheap and it's in South Austin.
