I've been living here for quite some time and I must say that it is so much better than say, 5 years ago. The new manager is so nice and friendly. A bit hard to get a hold of sometimes but I rarely need to get intouch with her anyway. My neighbors are my only complaint. They are old, hippies who complain about every little thing. But my apartment is great, spacious and they even put brand new tile in for me not long ago.
