i lived there for 6 months. it's a nice space but maintenance was terrible. the staircase to my place was dangerous - shoddy work and cheap construction.the manager yelled at my guest for bringing his dog on the property (the parking lot) the landscaper broke into my apartment NUDE while on drugs with his access key... why did the landscaper have an access key'
even though i paid my rent on time each month, the manager would stalk the mailboxes and remind me days before the first, "don't forget to pay your rent!"
and as for the racial tension - she constantly picked on the mexican tenants. i'd say it was harrasment.

it was a shame. it was a nice space. but a really terrible experience.
