Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Rats, mold, roaches... and I'm just describing the management. When I moved here, it was a steal, price-wise, but not anymore. The office is run by jerks. My maintenance requests are never answered. At the moment, I have not had hot water for 3 days, and they say we won't have it back until Monday. We also went a week without hot water last month.

Whatever you do, please, do not move here.
