I would highly recommend against living here. The plumbing has given us no end of grief with drains backing up, ceilings leaking, and the hot water being out for days at a time. Our maintainance requests are routinely lost so I often have to go in two or three times to get anything fixed. When our dishwasher stopped working correctly, the first guy who came out just turned on the appliance, listened for 10 seconds, and then promptly started to leave declaring it fixed. I explained to him that dishes on the top rack were not being cleaned. He continued walking out of the apartment and said that I wasn't rinsing them off correctly before putting them in. I replied that the dishes weren't even getting wet which meant the pump was probably bad. He just walked on out and said to file another request if it still wasn't working.

This kind of uncaring attitude is the norm here. If you're happy with sinks that back up, requests that get ignored or lost, and a week of cold showers every month, by all means look at the Oak Hollow Apartments.
