My family has lived here for the past three years. Since then, the management has changed three times. It has continued to get more and more worse. I have a four-year-old and an 19-month old. THE LANDSCAPING CREW IS A NIGHTMARE. WITH THEIR LEAF BLOWERS, THEY BLEW TONS OF DIRT INTO MY OPEN BEDROOM WINDOW WHEN MY SON WAS JUST 3 WEEKS OLD. (WE WERE IN THE ROOM, SLEEPING) I STARTED HAVING SIGNS OF ASTHMA, AND MY SON WAS BROUGHT TO THE EMERGANCY ROOM WITHIN THE WEEK. THE MANAGEMENT SAID THEY COULD DO NOTHING. My hot water was out for 10 days last month and for 7 days this month. Just last week, they were re-painting the upstairs apartment for a new move-in, and low and behold I FIND ON MY FRONT DOORSTEP A RAZORBLADE, scraps of carpet, and scraps of tile that the maintainence crew did not clean up. (Come on...a Razorblade!!!) The management said they could do nothing about that. I cleaned it up, but have taken pictures. It took them FOUR MONTHS to comply with fire codes and actually get us a FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND SMOKE DETECTORS. I have my WATER DELIVERED, as I will not drink tap water, and I was fined $50.00, as they claimed it is against fire codes for the water bottles to be left outside. Ashley, who works in the office told me, "I don't care! Just Get rid of that Water!" I told her that the water is delivered every other Friday, and it will continue to be and that I will not pay the fine. She threatened to evict me, but after 3 months of me not paying the fine, nothing has happened.(I will not pay) They tried to fine me for the patio furniture on my back patio. They claim it is not patio furniture, as all patio furniture is plastic. Mine is bamboo. (GOOD LUCK PROVING THAT ONE, GUYS) PARENTS BEWARE! THERE ARE RUSTY NAILS ON THE SLIDE IN THE LITTLE PLAYGROUND. RIGHT NEXT TO THE PLAYGROUND IS A JAGGED RUSTED POLE WHERE A BBQ GRILL USED TO BE. (CAN YOU SAY, DANGEROUS')I have complained numerous times. My livingroom blinds are very old and have become brittle and many of the blinds of fallen off. People can see right in. I asked them if there was any way they could replace them (and I was nice about it), and they said, and I quote, "There's nothing we can do about that." They have LOST my rent check one month, claiming that I never paid and tried to charge me late fees. I personally drop my rent payment into their drop box. I had three different types of mold growing under the tile in the bathroom, and caused me serious breathing problems. My husband had to rip the tile up himself. It has been nearly 6 months, and they still have not replaced the linoleum in the bathroom. Ants were litterally eating us out of house and home. Once the fire ants moved into our apartment, we had to exterminate them ourselves. All my expensive food was being eaten in the cabnets by these pests. Roaches, earwigs, silverfish, are other pests that we have had problems with. And don't bother ever cleaning your car. One day I spent hours hand washing and waxing my car, and the next day the leafblowers blew dirt ALL OVER IT! It has happened three times since then, but the management can't help what the leafblowers do.... This place is hell. Can someone say.....Lawsuit!
