Well when
I first moved into the apartment I was reading all of these reviews and thought, it cant be that bad. Well, yes it is. I only have recently experienced the rude people in the office this month ( Oct 2005.

When I first moved into these ugly apartments, the lesaing agent Caroline, told me they were remolding the apartmments and they should be done soon. Well I have now lived here for 3 months and have never seen a repair crew around. The apartments across the street are looking great. But these apartments have ugly white apaint all over the walls. It looks like they are trying to start and they just stopped. There is no landscaping to make the place look pleasing. Nothing but dirt.

Then, just this Friday afternoon my bathroom light would not turn off. I went to the office to make a request and they were on lunch. Caroline said she would take care of it. Well its Sunday night and I still have my light on. It's wasting electricity and it may cause a fire at any moment. The bathroom is really hot from the light heat.
So I reported it agin today by letter because I was working and couldnt wait around for the office to open. Still no response. I work for a company that is known for its Customer Service and I have to listen to people whining all day long about things. BUT, I still treat them with respect and give the best customer service I possibly can. I know sending this will do nothing, but I will inform as many people about this place as possible. I had a similar electrical problem, They fixed it.....about two weeks later. I am building a case against the parent company, please contact me; notme4@sbcglobal.net
