I heard about this website and was curious.... after reading a few reviews I felt compelled to write one myself.

The place does need to be painted, but the views are spectacular. My apartment faces the woods and a creek - it is just beautifule. My guests always comment on how pretty and clean it is.... as a matter of fact, 2 college buddies just moved in after seeing my apartment.

As far as maintenace - yeah, things break. They get fixed in a timely manner. No prob - I just figure since the place was built in 1970 you have to expect things to break.

The price. location and size of my apartment far out wieghs the temporary inconvenience of waiting 24-48 hours to have it fixed.

The creek is beautiful until you realize there is a serial rapist out there watching you and memorizing the layout of the apartment.

I think BeReal2 is most likely an agent of the complex and quite possibly in collusion with the serial rapist, who is undoubtedly one of the maint. personnel several of which are covered in prison tattoos.
