Yikes - that review from 2001 was a little freaky. I love my apartment and don't feel scared at all. Like they say "Crime has no address" - bad things can happen anywhere........ Thanks for freaking my mom out though.

Anywho - I live on what is called "The Canyon" with the best view EVER! Everone I met has been super nice and for the money I can't believe the value.

Seriously though - the place needs a paint job but..I'll wait and see.

Yeah..give it a year or two and then post something. they started the paint job over a year ago. They haven't lifted a brush in six months or more.
