I have lived here for 12 years and just transferred to another (smaller) apartment. I just have to let others know of the my positive experiences here - it seems like alot of people just like to complain - not that it is not their right BUT I would never have lived here so long if Oak Hollow was as some very angry people have described.

I am not trying to diminish anyones bad experience - just trying to be fair...after all how many people take the time to comment on something good.

I beleive this should not just be a venue for one sided complaining.

Having lived here so long, I would also like to not e that I have several great neighbors who haved lived here a long time too and they also LOVE it.

Who are you? Who are3 these neighbors? I have been here over three years and don't know one person who doesn't have at least a couple of issues with their apt/mgmt./facilities/etc... have you been to the office lately? the new manager is quite possibly a sociopath. Just ask for info on the calculation of your water bill and you will see what I mean.
