While the apt is big for the rent, management is truly incompetent--and having lived here 18 months, I have lived through two managers. Mistakes are made constantly, phone calls are not returned, issues are forgotten, etc. Maintenance is also slow and utilities are VERY expensive. Old air conditioning units that break and poorly constructed unites lead to very high electric bills--something to consider when thinking about the value. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Oh yeah I set my standards very high. I expect things to be fixed correctly, for my water to run more than a trickle, to actually have hot water, and for parts of my apartment to NOT fall off. Maybe I should lower my standards. I'm too picky, you're right.
