i lived there from may '05 to may '06 and the last six months were a hell i'd wish on no man. let me just tell you, my new place is SO much better and costs just $20 more per month. don't do what i did and think that you shouldn't pass up such cheap rent. there is so much better out there (in the same neighborhood!) for the same great price.
