I wrote a review not too long ago titled "a very thorough review", in which I said the apartments weren't too bad. Wow did I speak too soon. Since then, our hot water in our bathroom as lost pressure - so all that comes out of our bathtub/shower faucet is a trickle of hot water. Try taking a shower in that! We called for them to come fix it, and the guy came the next day. We were happy about that... until two days later when it just went back to a trickle. They "rig" everything here! The management will even tell you this. This next story I still can't believe.... last Thursday our hot water went completely out (in our entire apartment). We called and found out that it was that way for our entire building, and that they would be fixing it by Saturday. When it wasn't fixed on Saturday, my roomate went to the office to complain, and was told that the hot water wouldn't be able to be fixed until Monday (because the guy had "rigged" it and it broke again - she told him this!). When my roomate asked "Well what are we suppose do without hot water'" he got the reply "Sir, I'm not a plumber. I can't fix it. We all need hot water. You're just S.O.L." I'm not exaggerating this people! So Monday came and went... with nothing fixed. Tuesday we were livid. But luckily we came home and finally could take a hot shower and wash our dishes. That's six days with no hot water. But later that night we found on our door (are you ready for this') A WATER BILL FOR $35. Oh and the best part... its due date...... MONDAY. Oh that's right, THE DAY BEFORE! I don't know if they actually expect us to pay the late fee, or if they expect us to pay it at all. Needless to say, I hate this place. We are CONSTANTLY lied to by the management. They rig EVERYTHING and don't care if anything runs correctly or not. DO NO LIVE HERE! It's horrible. Oh and I almost forgot - our neighboring couple fight at four in the morning at least twice a week. And I'm talking loud fights that shake our window because people are slamming doors and what not. We've complained, but nothing has been done.
