Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
My upstairs neighbor has been allowing his dog to use the balcony as a toilet for the past 5 months. The management has done practically nothing (issued some letters, they say) to make hime stop. I took the apartment because of the view from the balcony and now I can't go out there because it's so filthy. I wouldn't let my worst enemy move in here...
