I've lived in Oak Hollow for a while - it's definitely not the classiest of places. But it is just an apartment, after all. While it was built in the 1970s, it's in pretty good shape. I've never had a problem with the office or maintenance people - very friendly, very efficient. I will say that after a rain, I get to scoop up tree roaches that come inside, but if that is the worst thing I ever have to deal with, so be it. (And sometimes the dryers in the laundry facility don't work tremendously well, but again, not a huge deal.)

I'd recommend Oak Hollow to you if you are looking for something affordable but not slummy. It's a decent place. My neighbors are friendly. I've had no issues with crime or major pests.
