Rude staff - poor service From: Aurra Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse. The upstairs does not properly cool, and the months of July and August can be miserable. To compound this, my air conditioning went out in the first week of June and was out for ten days, making the apartment unliveable. It took them three tries to get it working again, and two weeks later it was out again for another two weeks. When we complained, we were met with unequaled rudeness from Melanie, the apartment manager. It progressed to the point where my parents got involved and contacted a lawyer (I'm a student at UT, they're still paying my bills). If you are considering living here, please keep this, and the other reviews in mind. I tried to post this earlier, but it didn't go for some reason.
