These apartments are old and not very well-maintained. I knew that before moving in, but since moving in, the staff has been completely unresponsive in correcting serious problems. The mailboxes have been broken for about five months now, forcing me to drive to the post office every couple of days to pick up my mail, and management refuses to fix or replace it. The heating and cooling system has never worked very well, so the upstairs feels like a furnace regardless of the thermostat settings. The carpet was never cleaned before we moved in, water leaks from around the bathtub and drips from the downstairs ceiling after using the shower, and the neighbors can be very loud even late into the night.

My advice - stay away from this place. Don't even bother looking at the property. You'll be miserable here and find yourself counting the days until your lease is up, just like me.
