OH MY GOD!! This place is the worst complex I've ever lived in and I've lived in the ghetto before! I've lived here for a year and been through about 4 property managers. The staff changes every 3 weeks and doesn't ever know whats going on. I've been to the office several times during business hours and they have been closed. It's hard to get ahold of anyone. I went 5 months with out hot water and maintance didn't seem to be concerned. I've had the neighbor above me leak tons of water down on us atleast 3 times if not more. Sheetrock should of been replaced because of a mold hazard but was instead just painted over. Maintance is really slow to repair anything! After hours maintance NEVER comes by when you call!!! We had a flea problem and now we have an ant problem. If you want to live in anything bigger than a 1 bedroom, Beware they are overpriced. I can not wait to get out of this hell hole! OH yeah the trash piles up over every dumbster every week and makes the place smell and look horrible.
