What a great place to live! I mean the water heater goes out, I mean what a wake up call. How great to wake up to a cold shower. And then the heater goes out, how terrific. The jackhammering outside is better than an alarm clock, and it goes on all day. What a way to keep you awake all day. Never in my life have I lived at a place that cares so much about you being awake during the day so you can take care of all the things that need to be taken care of especially during the holidays. How great that the construction going on prevents any decent parking, I mean if we all had parking spots then we wouldn't have to walk a hundred yards to our apartments. How wonderful of them to think of our health and wellness through forced exercise! The fact that the construction was supposed to last for a week and they have kept it going for much longer than that just allows for more exercise. How considerate. Baseline is that I have lost weight, sleep, and am getting more angry everyday. What a place.

It doesn't get any better! We didn't have hot water for months! Call the Tenants Bureau and get advice. You can find them online and they give you alot of information. They have to provide you water at a certain temperature! You can also put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!
