We lived at Oak Hollow for six months before closing on my house. I thought it was quiet compared to other apartments I lived in. It needs more lighting and some upgrades, but maybe that is why the prices are reasonable. Maintenance could have been a little faster, but it was a big place, and they did okay work. We never had a problem with the office and the girl who leased to us was very helpful. Didn't have a chance to know the rest. We give it a six or seven on a scale of ten. Perfect for students.
