don't live here. They decided to repave the parking lot and gave us a day's notice on our doors (not even mailed and one day's notice is not right in this case) and told us if we didnt move our cars they'd tow us at our own expense.

The guy that leased me my apt wrote down and signed certain things he would change within my apartment before i moved in. It never happend and even after calling and going in to talk to people no one ever did anything about it.

THere are RATS here, they crawl in and leave droppings everywhere and when i talked to the maintenance guys, he said it was "common."

They left me notices on my door even though i told them to stop and i'd rather them call me. They left notices and threats to lock me out of my apt becuase of a late fee and when i called they said it was a mistake. WTF'''

And the people in the office you brought attention to the written stuff apologized for Michael promising things he could not change(making your vinyl look like wood?)and offer to help with some of the things, you said no you were moving. Tell the truth. Your car did not get towed because you paid attention to the notice. The idiots that did the paving gave the girls in the office only one day to put out the notice. If it had been mailed and you did not check your mail......guess what? You would not have known. At least they admitted the mistake. They could've said WTF to you. But those girls are smart.....they quit working for no good Lynd management company to take abuse from unhappy residents and went elsewhere where their hard work would be appreciated.

Lynd or no Lynd, this place still sucks even after changing hands. Rats constantly thudding, scraping and scratching in the walls, paint peeling up from bathtub and all of the sinks...they only resurfaced the parking lot instead of re-PAVING which it really needs. The walls are thin, I've had a floor leak in my laundry room due to poor water routing...all of the fixtures need updating, at the moment our sink is running constantly, impossible to shut it off. All of our maintenance requests take 3 or 4 times of submitting a written request or calling the office to get things taken care of. My roomate changed a lightbulb outside our front door that had been out for MONTHS and they did nothing. Walls are thin, I can hear my neighbor coughing, talking, screaming at his mother...don't live here, straight up. And SERIOUSLY. ONE DAY NOTICE IS NOT 3 HOURS. The notices put out before the resurfacing were put on the doors at FOUR A.M. and they started towing at 11 !!!!!! Luckily we did not get towed but several of our neighbors did. Not right. This place is ass backwards and I can't wait to get the health inspector out about the rats so we can break the lease early.
