I lived here for over a year and it is definitely one of the worst places I have lived in. During that year, I went without A/C for about six months. Granted it was November through March, but in November the weather was over 90 degrees. Also, my toilet broke about twice a week and no one would come and repair it. The office people were so rude and inconsiderate that I threaten to sue them if they didn't fix my stuff. Now for the apartment itself, it was old but comfortable. The atmosphere was bad. My roommate found bullets in the dryer one night. The cops arrested my friend when he left my complex, because there had been an assault and shooting in the apartment complex. Lastly, the grounds were dirty and dangerous. I would suggest not living here. Any other apartment on Far West is better than this.
