I've lived here about a year and i really like it, i live in the 7131 part so it's very small and quiet, i live near the back by the canyon and it is so quiet and peaceful, for a mostly student lived complex its very quiet, never hear any drunks,parties etc which is what i would expect, quiet neighbours, good parking, good price for the sq footage and i love the area, you can walk to heb, and all the stores its so convienient, i have never had any problems with my apartment so i've never had to deal with the office staff, people that say they haven't had ac for 6 months that's your own fault, you call corporate office and go higher until it gets fixed! I read the lease and it says no animals allowed, but i have a dog and cat and just didn't tell them and no one has ever noticed, they seem pretty relaxed. I also love the 3 tier pool and i have a huge balcony. Yes the complex is pretty old but that's obvious and i like it because it has character, i would def. recommed this complex especially if you live in the back near the canyon!
