This place is not what it appeared to be when one of the office staff
showed me around...
I specifically asked if the pools stay open all summer, as opposed to closing them
due to the lack of upkeep... they said "oh yes, we maintain the pools" bull!
they were closed half the summer and green with algea...
The appliances are ancient and they refuse to update anything, they advertise
the lovely clubhouse but, it's not for our use! all summer long my AC
never got cooler than 85 degrees!! I had to install a window unit in my bedroom
because I've gotten tired of waiting for them to do anything... oh, and gosh,
the floors squeak so bad it's not just a nuisance it's enough to make a nice
person, nasty!! the walls are so thin, I can hear every word coming from my
neighbors and vice versa.. What gets me is the double standard rules here..
I put in a complaint and nothing gets resolved, my boat tags were 3 months expired
and they had it towed a few weeks ago... (as long as it's not on the water I am not breaking any laws) The management here sucks and our dissatisfaction is not their concern... until you break the lease, that is...

well it pretty sad that you cant read your lease per the lease your boat needed to have tags. I lived here for 7 years and the rules are the rule what make you different.I also have a boat and my tags are current as thats th way it should be. as far as the old stuff if it work why replace it mine is old but it works . The staff are great and they do what they are told to do Its people like you that give property a bad name so get over it and READ your lease and follow the rules like all of us do.
