The new staff is great! I have had no problems here. The grounds are quiet and safe, and the timing and quality in work orders is excellent. The new management is always prompt and friendly. It's right on several bus routes, which is very convenient. I have had no problems with my apartment, even if the units are a little old. The new staff is always willing to help you fix something left over from a previous tenant. It's a very nice, quaint and satisfying place to live!
