I lived in this apartment for about a year and couldn't wait to get out. There is a serious drug problem going on there, my boyfriend was solicited for drugs while walking our dog, we've got to see people rolling their joints in their car while their toddler was in the back seat [without a car seat] and the smell of marijuana coming from the apartment behind us was down right annoying [we called the cops on them]. Not to mention that one time while he was walking me to the bus stop we walked next to a guy lighting a joint.

The apartments are very old, dusty and everything is falling apart constantly. When my son was about 3 months old the bathtub faucet broke and it took them 2 weeks [we had a nice little sauna in our bedroom and it was extremely loud] for them to come and fix it, after I had called the office and complained. The last time I called I talk to the manager which seemed to have worked.

I am not making any of this stuff up, I lived there and I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money for whatever ridiculous stuff they said we broke. Worst of all they could not call me and tell me I had an outstanding balance, the company sent it out to a collections agency that harassed my boyfriend the day he was taking care of our sick son. I guess is explainable since they are used to dealing with low lives.
