I live in the apartment complex next to Oak Hollow and was apartment hunting for the next year. I visited the community 4 times in two consecutive days and had seen the details and was little skeptical after hearing some horror stories online and few of the residents that I had talked to. Still, I made up my mind to get this place. From the first day itself, I was very clear that I will be leasing the apartment from August of 2009 and that is what the management told me that they will be pre-leasing. Finally, when I went there today at a time pre-decided by the Oak Hollow management, I was told that their occupancy has gone up in last week and they will not pre-lease the apartment to me. It was very clear from the day 1 itself that I will pre-lease and pay application fee/security depoist and will be able to choose an apartment only 60 days in advance of my move-in date. However, the lady outright rejected pre-leasing the apartment, reason being that they got more residents in two days.
What a waste of time. These guys don't know to treat their customers and residents. I will say, if you have $50 more per month which is probably a cup of coffee per day, then dont go there. These people dont know to keep promises and will not cooperate at all.

They didn't mean to break their promise, they're just incompetent and forgot what they'd promised. Trust me on that, they're disorganized
