The staff has changed constantly in the two years we have lived here. We have received several eviction notices for rent and water bills that they misplaced that we paid. The hot water is broken about once every month. They have actually LOST our lease twice and we've had to resign them. They have changed the amount of our rent three times. They have not attempted to fix any of the problems we have called in work orders for. They never send the water bill out in time and sometimes they don't send one at all, then fine you for not paying it. Every time we've called the office for any reason they sound like it's runing their day to speak to us if they even answer the phone. You're lucky if you get a washer with hot water or a dryer to actually work in the laundry mat (and they've raised the price to wash clothes!) Someone wrecked into my car most likely due to the tree growing right IN the MIDDLE of the parking lot. The landscapers carelessly destroyed plants that were ON my patio. The pools are never cleaned and don't seem to be chemically treated properly. Each time I have requested a new air filter they never brought one. One time they actually sent me to go find a maintence man in his shop and get it myself.The apartment was dirty when we moved in. There were stains all over the carpet. We had to wait almost a year for them to send someone to shampoo the it. There are huge roaches that come to visit us and we keep our apartment very clean. There was a mouse at one time living in our couch. We had to purchase a new one. The office constantly blames everything on the previous staff yet they attempt to fix nothing.
