I've been living in Oak Park for a little over a year now, and most of the complaints about the complex are minimal.

The apartments are quite old, which leads to repairs every so often. I've had to have my sink fixed a few times and the air conditioning worked on, but all repairs were attended to promptly and efficiently.

I've never had any problems with the management, and the staff is usually very attentive and kind when I ask anything of them.

Overall I feel as though this complex has many more pros than cons. Conveniently located near an HEB in walking distance, and a bus that goes straight through campus. The noise is usually very minimal, although the walls are somewhat thin. In my opinion, not a bad location for the money.
