Nice place but a little expensive

I've lived here for about 9 months and I should have committed to a longer lease because the price went up about $30 a month at the end of the leasing period. I committed to staying another 6 months but I am looking at other complexes due to the price.
The upsides: nice wooded setting, pet friendly, safe with the exception of a few car break-ins (but that is minor compared to living in other cities), close to HEB, coffee shops etc.
The downsides: walls are thin and traffic on Mopac is sometimes problematic in the morning, parking is very limited if you come home late at night, price is a little high for size
Overall, if you can get a deal on the price, they are great apartments.
