I have lived here for a little over a year. I have also lived at many of the other far west area complexes, and I have to say this is the best by far!!! The only thing I have needed to have fixed was a light bulb in the kitchen. I reported it to the office and by the time I walked back home they were already pulling up to fix it. The prices seem to be on the higher end for the area but after my past experiences I figure you get what you pay for.
