LOUD and EXPENSIVE and OLD OLD OLD ... Nothing works nothing gets fixed the staff in the office have sitcks parked so far up their arses it is ridiculous. None of them could find their ass with a map.

There is not ONE redeeming quality about this suck ass place DO NOT LIVE here.

They charge $2.85 to process a blasted bill you already know is due and DO NOT pay 15 minutes late - that assistant manager has to make sure she gets her bonus.

I am not sure where their maintainance people came from but they are not qualified to even screw in a light.

The laundry room is a NIGHTMARE lost lots of money and time

You are a sad person. I hope your life gets better. I really feel sorry for you. It's in your lease by the way if your late there is a late fee. Perhaps if you weren't so busy being miserable you'd know that.

I agree with you. $2.85 to process a bill! It's like billing for billing! You can smell cigarette smoke in your apt if someone is smoking in other units in your building. That is a real problem if you are not a smoker. It's called shared ventilation and it's not pleasant!
