I've been living in this complex for more than three years.I can understand why some people gave positive comment on this complex coz it looks good, and near HEB and the far west area is comparatively safe.HOWEVER,the staff at the oak ridge leasing office, particularly the guy, is HORRIBLE!!!(except a female staff called Pam, but she is seldom in the office) They come from a new management company. I really feel like moving out these days just because of them. The guy's attitude toward the residents is very bad and moody. Besides, he is not helpful and not professional at all. He is the one who should be fired!!! I've never seen such an impolite "service provider"! Think twice, if you're thinking about moving here. If you are pretty sure that you won't have to see some of the lousy staff or deal with them after moving in, then oak ridge is not that bad.(but it's impossible!)You can't feel that guy's bad attitude until you move in!

did you meet the new assistant manager? i just moved in, and i moved in because of the previous assistant manager, she was the most helpful person ever, very sweet very pleasant.... the new one is like a mad -----!!!
