The office people are terrible. They are slow to help you, greedy for your money and don't care about the tenants they have. The walls are paper thin so if someone is having a party, beating their kids or watching TV you can bet you'll hear it. The appliances are old and you can bet your updates will take a year to install. There is always construction work, which is ok I suppose, but when there is hammering/drilling for a constant 3 months outside your window it gets old.

Overall: The staff is unprofessional and unwilling to help, the apartments are dated and the neighbors are noisy.
