hmm now that i read all these it makes me angry that i didnt know about this site before renting here. i moved here about middle of september and since then i have had nothing but problems.
my upstairs neighbors moved in one day after me and since then its been ghetto rap in the wee hours of the am, what i like to call "sex bed" again into the am, and there little pit bull puppy peeing on there balcony leeking through to mine... as well as pounding and screaming/fighting. if i wanted to hear all that i would have moved in with them!!! but dont try to complain about any of it, b/c when you do and they tell the neighbor to lower the noise, they will laugh at you, like they did me.

oh yeah let me not forget the ant infestation AFTER they sprayed for bugs, i think they used sugar. a milipede infestation, in which they said was "normal" Two leaks, one outside in my storage unit, which i had to repeatedly ask them to spray for mold and repaint. one in my bathroom, from which the upstairs party had a cracked bathtub. they have yet fix my ceiling. my oven range cought fire, and my cooking ware is now non exsistant. they only replaced the burner. and a frozen over heater on christms eve.

one last thing.. how could i forget!!! they are trying to make my boyfriend sign the lease even though this isnt his place of residence. this isnt where his mail is being sent... he doesntlive here!!!!!! they dont want to hear that! they just want him to do a credit check, a background check, and to sign my lease for staying here every now and again.

whew... ok im calming down. im in the process of finding a way out of hell. i moved here b/c the ground were beautiful... dont let looks decieve you.

p.s: i would like to agree with the smells, i complain everyday when i walk in, plus my front walk way smells like cat urine.

oh... and parking SUCKS!
