Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I was really excited to move here. The place looked nice and clean and the few people I saw when I came to tour looked decent. I though I was making the right decision. But then the days turned into months and I realized I spoke or 'wished' too soon/too much. I have mold in my bedroom and in the closet. I have roommate spiders that just won't die! My toilet isn't straight and leaks water at the base all the time which is rotting my tiles, and when I go on the balcony it smells from whatever the heck my neighbours have out there.
