Don't move in, do yourself a favor

I have lived in apartments most of my life and I have never lived with this many problems, I lived there for approximately 2 years while going to collage, as soon as I graduated I gave myself the best present, I moved. At least every other month the water was shut off for maintence, some times for all day. There were approximately 12 auto break-ins in this period of time. The walls are paper thin, and the management did very little in the way of fixing problems such as barking dogs or inconsiderate people. There was also a BIG and I mean big problem with mice and rats, ants, cockroaches, spiders, and squirrels. The squirrels would run through the attic at all times. I contacted the office several times with no results. I finally started injecting in the walls and ceiling a mixture of ammonia and cyan pepper, this worked for about a week. The parking in the Run of the Oaks section is reserved parking, with eight spots for guests. Most of the residents had multiple vehicles per house hold. This means parking by the office and having to walk through the complex were the lighting was bad and commonly not working. This complex is next to the ghetto that resides immediately to the north of the complex.
