fun in the trees

Good stuff-they let me plant a garden, hang up Xmas lights and are cool with my dog. The neighbors are great, trees are beautiful.
okay stuff-the "ghetto" across the street looks a bit questionable but after jogging around the area I figured out that it is about two blocks of low income housing. Just over the hill are nice homes and your typical 78704 neighborhoods. During the day you are perfectly safe jogging around the area. At the worst I think I got a "hey baby" once as I ran past the little store. If you have a nice car lock it up but you really have to do that anywhere you live.
The repairs could be a bit better-all the screens they replaced don't really fit the windows-I had an inch of tile layed down in the bathroom which had to be torn out as water had started seeping under it-did a good job though. Work is done very quickly. Basically an older complex.
The office staff is normally really nice and responsive if a little slow with paperwork. However the other day one of the gilrs was being a total ----- for no reason. The girl next to her was being really nice and trying to cover up for the ----- but you could see she was a bit disturbed. I guess I have seen worse. I loved Lisa as she was super responsive and helpful.
