I have lived at Oak Run for two years, and I used to really like the place. In fact, it is the first apartment complex that I signed a second lease at. Well, they have recently changed management companies and I am planning on moving out when my lease is up. Unresponsive maintainance people, rude management, and a habit of sending threatening letters if they think you owe them a dollar (they screwed up, we didn't actually owe them anything). It went from pleasant and cozy to nearly unbearable. Also, they have a habit of using band aids to fix big maintainance problems, so the same things will break again and again. We have had our AC "repaired" four times, and a leaking bathtub "fixed" three times. I feel bad for the people below us on that one.
I would avoid living here. There are too many nice places in the same price range.
