My girlfriend and I moved in and immediately loved the place. It had everything thing we thought we wanted. It then came under new management and things have gone down hill. We had to physically take in dead rats that we killed into the leasing office and put them on the desk before they would help remedy the situation. All in all we killed about thirteen rats and still can here them running through the wall. There is also a problem with the water billing, that they will take money from your rent to pay and then back charge you for late charges. Seems somewhat questionable and unethical, especially when it is a "clerical" error on their part. Most of the management is friendly however there are a couple people in the office that are rude and give off an extremely bad vibe. Over-all the prices have also gone up and I could not recommend this place to anyone if they had other options.
One other thing of note; This is pretty property but old. There are old trees everywhere that have branches and limbs that fall, sometimes on your car. Definitely not a place where you car seems safe.

Have to agree. Also, any damage in the apartment before you move in may be your problem if the apartment management thinks they can get away with it. Be very careful!

ouch. how do you kill 13 rats? i can imagine someone walking in that office dropping a dead rat on someone's desk. i guess sometimes you have to do drastic things to get some people's attention.
