Oak Run is a terrible apartment complex. Don't rent from them. They took around a year to address our first service request- the fan went out in the bedroom... in the middle of summer. But they couldn't be bothered to come and check it out. Their appliances are old. Old means not energy efficient. That means high bills! I moved into a place 50% bigger than the one I had before and my electric bills are LOWER now! Why' I have new stuff that doesn't drain the energy!

To make matters worse they are threatening to take me to collections. Why' Oh because I cleaned the place just like they told me to. I was told- just clean it like you normally would. Don't worry about it. And now that I'm out they want more money. More money'! Are you kidding me' More than even just my deposit' Oh yes! They want MORE! They charged $130 for the cleaning. What type of cleaning service was this'! I'm sure they pay their labor force no more than $10 an hour! They're trying to tell me that someone spent 13 hours cleaning my place' Give me a break. Save yourself the aggravation- don't reward crappy places! Rent elsewhere!

i had same problems with oak run they need to be reported. they are liars and thiefs.
