This is just to start of things. I use to think this was a wonderful place also but the management staff are liars and will steal. Nothing is ever fixed in a timely fashion and for every cute little squirrel you see there's ad least 10 RATS when the stars come out. The women in that front office are the worst. I don't know what's worst, going in to pay my rent or laying traps for the rats on my patio area. Don't move here, the trees aren t worth it.

Right on! I completely agree with you. I never had rat problems, but all my issues are outlined in a previous review of Oak Run. I'm not in the real estate business, but let me impart some advice- buy a house! A mortgage payment isn't much more than what you're paying at Oak Run.

Are you kidding me? Do you realize the kind of deal we are getting? Try to find an apartment with this amount of square footage for these prices. My friend lives mere blocks away and pays $30 more for over a 100 less square feet. Also, just so you know, mortgage payments don't cost less than this unless you want to live in a crime-infested, run down neighborhood where you can enjoy your neighbors meth lab smoke wafting over in the evenings.
