Had horrible flooding issues.

I was lied to by the staff constantly in regards to fixing the flooding issue. Repeatedly I was put off, telling me it was going to be fixed. Months would go by and nothing would be changed. This is how they operate. You'll give up after a couple years and they can then find someone else. The general manager of the place was a pathological liar who would lie even when she had NO reason to. They modified my move-in sheet, because the place was absolutely filthy when I moved in. Keep copies of EVERYTHING. The manager who is ---- woman who dresses in tight dresses is not to be trusted under any circumstance. Most maintenance money is put on superficial things like repaving when it is not needed, possiby repainting the place. This is to make it look like a nice place from outward appearances to keep their occupancy level high. Do not be fooled. I'm sure some units are decent, but there are quite a few that have severe flooding and/or bug problems.
