I must say that this is the worst place that I have ever lived!!!! The manager at Oak Run is the biggest liar that I have EVER come in contact with!!! I do not see how so much paperwork is lost or just not received-are they really that incompetent to place notices of nonrenewals in their tenants files' I know that my five year old niece could do that-IT IS CALLED ORGANIZATION PEOPLE!!!! I really would like to know why the owner would hire a person like this to run their property-you would think that they would be thinking about their reputation-FIRST IMPRESSIONS REALLY DO MATTER!!! She is not friendly, will charge you for anything( Like if your dogs uses the bathroom she wants to charge you for not picking it up-GET REAL-I wish I had feces discernment). First of all, I have always done that! Next, my dog weighs 10 pounds, but I guess that he can miracously take a dump that a Labrador would take-my next call needs to be to the Guiness Book of World Records!!! The only person that is worth anything is -------she needs to be the property manager-at least I know that she wouldn't give everyone the run around-I have had many friends asked me if I liked it, and I will tell them like I will tell anyone who reads this-IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OUT OF MONEY, LIED TO, AND HAVE YOUR REPAIRS DONE IN AN UNREASONABLE TIME THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE-CHEERS!!!!

It doesn't matter what size the poop was when it gets deep into the tread of your shoes. No one wants that. And speaking as someone who has a Labrador, who coincidentally takes Labrador-sized poops, I pick up her poops myself as any owner should no matter where you are. I agree with their right to fine, do you realize that if you let your dogs dump all over the place that they actually have to pay someone to walk around picking up poop? Thats not free, my friend, and I don't think you'd want to do it.
