This is so funny! One of you complaining about dog poop and the other complaining of getting into trouble for dog poop. You two need to get it together and fight it out, how about on the play ground around 3 o'clock
I love my apartment it is absolutely beautiful here. I have never seen anything like this.
The manager is really a nice person, maybe you are just an -------.
I am a resident here and I like this place.

Are you crazy? Well, if we duke it out at the dog park around 3 o' clock, will you be our referee-Can you determine dog ----? While we are duking it out maybe some dog ---- can fly your way and that can help you with determining that a big pile of ---- does not belong to a daschund and maybe help the office with eliminating false allegations!!!! Well, if you can then maybe you should be working in the office( you probably already are, managemant, gees, get a grip?) I need to write you in to the Austin Statesman and tell them of your amazing talent of ---- recognition! So, I guess you have no water problems, no pest problems, no parking problems, no maintenance problems, no noise problems-AMAZING? Are you f------------- Oh, you probaly are, well good luck with the salty fish , I bet you will never have any problems-enjoy the ride, and the crappy complex...Oh, and by the way be looking in the Statesman soon for the editorial and a petition I got signed regarding this complex and the management staff!!!! I think you are entitled to your opinions of the place but crapping on others for their opinion and calling them crazy is a trifle immature. This is a place where people can post their experiences free of judgment. You have had a good experience. Hooray for you. Let others have theirs. And get a blog or something cause sitting on this website all day knocking other people's valid posts is REALLY LAME.

PETITION? I would like to sign the petition, and/or get more information about it. I've had similar problems as everyone else: flooding, unhelpful management, minimal repairs that don't work, bills that don't make sense or "get lost," bugs everywhere, etc. These problems don't seem anymore like problems that a few individuals have had, done by a few incompetent people. I'm starting to think they are a deliberate part of their business plan, they ARE their conscious business practices. THAT is so low. Anyway, I would like to sign the petition.
