So in the time that we have lived here we have experienced many of the same problems other people have posted about this property. It is extremely old and worn, both inside the apartments and on the building exteriors. We moved in expecting new carpet considering there was a large hole in the middle of the bedroom floor(where we ended up having to put our bed). The carpet had obviously seen better days in the living room as well since our cats had a fascination in the corner with a prior animal's scent. We have had to ask the complex maintenance time and time and time again to fix the ongoing issue with our heating/cooling system. Every winter the same thing happens. Our heater doesn't heat; the maintenance men take 2 days to figure out the same problem; it is freezing in our apartment so they bring us one small space heater for a few days for the part to come in; they take another day to fix it; they leave a HUGE mess in my bathtub; and the heat works for a couple days until going cold again. I just stopped asking them to help. We've been using our own space heater since. But now as a souvenir I have a bathtub that drips cold gross water on us in the summer when our AC kicks on and stains our bathtub a nasty orange mucky stain. FABULOUS! As far as the outside goes, the men that come around at 8am every Monday morning and cut down all our bushes that make the place look remotely pretty leave a messy, leaf ridden, branch tangled disaster right by our doorstep to look at. At least until myself or a neighbor sweeps the area and throws the branches away from walking areas. Nice. If it rains our apartment and the surrounding immediate area flood because somehow we are right where all the water collects and because there is no grass just a muddy unkept mess as our front patio area it turns into a swampy cesspool of mud. As does the entire walkway area to either our front door or patio area. Trying to deal with any issue at the front desk is another story. I don't know if they just don't flat out like me as a woman or a person but every time we have had an issue with something my partner has had to take care of it because every response I get is rude and never dealt with. Nothing is this apartment complex's problem or responsibility. But I hear they are upgrading now and ridding the apartments of carpeting troubles by installing laminate flooring. That sure helped me out. And I'm sure is worth the $120 price increase a month per apartment.

I'm sick of the washing machines in the laundry room always being broken. I called the apartment management and they said to call the washing machine provider directly. They can do nothing about my financial loss or the broken machines. How's that for customer service? And that was the complex manager. Sigh. It's been over a month and there have been no rebates from the laundry people either. Intelligent Laundry is a shlocky company too.
