I've been here about 3 years, too. I've never had a security problem, I have congenial neighbors, the staff are nice to me, and I've had good luck with maintenance. I like the natural look of the grounds. There's not enough parking for every apt. to have 2 or more cars. Frankly, I had more difficulty with lying from the previous management. I love living in an oak grove, and I love being in a complex that's not a military-straight line of brick rectangles.

What? Is this post written by a staff person? I can't imagine any person being so excited about any apartment complex that they would use the user name "LiveAtOakRun". And the current management has been in office for 10 years, not 3 years. Bizarre!

yes, an obvious fake review coming from management. an "oak grove"??? Please! it may have a few more trees than other complexes, BUT thats a negative when you dont compensate for all the critters those extra trees bring!!!

Ha ha. maybe the manager is trying to send a subliminal message. liveatoakrun ... liveatoakrun ... liveatoakrun Too bad most people can read! Then she says she had worse lying problems with the previous management. So I guess she is telling ANY PROSPECTIVE TENANTS TO EXPECT SOME LYING FROM THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT. With little conscience, she can't even guage that ANY lying is inappropriate in a workplace setting.

The property owners need to come in and FIRE all of the current staff starting with the manager. She is HORRID and does nothing but lie...that is when her mouth isn't full from one of her many male tenants who seem to think she is the end all be all. The first office staff was great (back in 2003) at least when ---- was there. Nothing like having a slow day and writing your own "good" reviews there greenjeans.....
